We take a small percentage fee on transactions made through the platform.

While the platform is currently free to use, we reserve the right to introduce charges for certain features or services in the future.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Birdmouth LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. Online Signatures

Our Services include an online signature feature that allows users to electronically sign documents. By using this feature, you acknowledge that electronic signatures are legally binding in many jurisdictions and agree to their use within the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birdmouth LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
